The different lenghs of Shakespeare Wellington Reflective Dockline are for different boat lengths.

3/8″ rope by 20′ is best for boats up to 20′
3/8″ rope by 15′ is best for boats up to 25′
1/2″ rope by 25′ is best for boats up to 35′
5/8″ rope by 25′ is best for boats up to 45′
